As soon as we got back from Christmas Break, our students were ready to talk about what they had done. The students were able to complete a graphic organizer in Seesaw and then talk about all of the things they had done. Later, we opened up a feature so that the students could listen to each other's stories and comment on them. They loved being able to respond to their classmates just like their parents can.
The students in Ms. M's class were able to draw a picture and talk about what they thought their teacher was doing while she was stuck at home recovering. These were printed and made into a book for here to enjoy while she recovers at home.
After learning about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Ms. Trierweiler's class completed an activity where they got to draw what they would do to make the world a better place and then explain their picture.
The students also practiced a bunch of other activities where continued to practice their drawing and recording skills. Keep an eye out for them in their journals.
